Anti Harassment Policy
National Latina Day is a harassment free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, immigration status, national origin, religion, or level of experience.
Scope
This policy applies at the venue, at official after hours gatherings, in hotel blocks, on shuttles, in online community spaces, and in any communication tied to the event.
What Counts as Harassment
Offensive comments, deliberate misgendering, unwelcome sexual attention or images, deliberate intimidation, following, photography or recording without consent, sustained disruption, and inappropriate physical contact.
Immediate Support
Staff will help you contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide an escort, or otherwise assist you in feeling safe for the duration of the event.
No Retaliation
Retaliation against a person who reports harassment in good faith is itself a violation of this policy and grounds for removal.
