Grant of Rights
By entering the venue you grant National Latina Day and Renova Rise 365 an irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right to photograph, film, and record your image, voice, and likeness, and to use those materials in marketing, recap content, social media, press, sponsor reporting, and future event promotion in any medium now known or later developed.
No Compensation
You acknowledge you will receive no compensation for this use and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.
Opting Out
If you prefer not to be featured, request an opt out marker at check in and avoid designated filming zones. We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt out requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide crowd shots.
Attendee Recording
Personal photos and short clips for social sharing are welcome. Professional recording, livestreaming full sessions, or commercial use of captured content requires written permission.
