Code of Conduct

Community, not competition. That value is the standard for every attendee, speaker, sponsor, vendor, volunteer, and staff member at National Latina Day.

Expected Behavior

Treat every person with dignity. Make space for voices that are not your own. Ask before photographing someone. Honor confidentiality when a speaker or attendee shares something personal from the stage or in a breakout.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, sexual attention, slurs, stalking, sustained disruption of sessions, aggressive sales tactics, and retaliation against anyone who reports a concern are prohibited.

Solicitation

Selling, recruiting, or promoting a business is reserved for approved vendors and sponsors in designated areas. Unapproved solicitation on the event floor may result in removal without refund.

Reporting

If you feel unsafe or witness a violation, find any staff member in a National Latina Day badge or contact the event team immediately. Reports are handled discreetly and quickly.

Consequences

Organizers may issue a warning, revoke a badge, remove a guest, or ban a person from future events without refund. Serious incidents may be reported to venue security or law enforcement.
