Ticket Purchase Terms
These terms govern every ticket, upgrade, and add on purchased for National Latina Day 2026 in San Antonio, Texas.
What Your Ticket Includes
General Admission includes the Friday, August 21 daytime experience — keynotes, panels, the marketplace, and community programming — plus admission for the ticket holder to the Thursday, August 20 evening Spotlight Experience. Additional guests for the Thursday Spotlight Experience are $45 each. VIP includes the daytime experience, priority check in, reserved seating, the VIP lounge, and admission to the Thursday Spotlight Experience for the VIP guest plus one included companion.
Upgrades & Add Ons
General Admission holders may upgrade to VIP for the price difference only. Because General Admission has already been paid, the upgrade is charged at $124 rather than the full VIP price. Thursday Spotlight Experience Plus One tickets are $45 each and may be purchased in any quantity while evening capacity remains.
Capacity Limits
Event capacity is limited and each ticket tier has a fixed number of seats. Every VIP pass reserves two Spotlight Experience seats. Checkout closes automatically for a tier once its capacity is reached.
Attendee Names
Every ticket must be assigned to a named attendee before the event. Names are collected on the confirmation screen after purchase and are used for badges, check in lists, seating, and meal counts. Tickets without assigned names may be delayed at the door.
Delivery & Entry
A confirmation email with your QR ticket is sent to the email used at checkout. Present the QR code, either printed or on your phone, at check in. Each QR code admits the attendees assigned to that order and may be scanned once.
Pricing & Errors
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of amounts collected.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Your bank statement will reflect the event or organizer name.
