Vendor Terms
These terms apply to approved vendors participating in the National Latina Day Marketplace.
Application & Approval
All vendors apply first and pay after approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth. The event team reviews each brand for alignment with the community.
Booth Fees
Booth fees are due upon approval and are non refundable once paid. With written approval from the event team, a paid booth may be transferred to another approved vendor.
Setup & Conduct
Vendors agree to follow setup, breakdown, and venue rules shared in the vendor logistics packet. Vendors selling food or beverage must hold all required permits and liability insurance.
Brand Use
Vendors grant National Latina Day permission to feature their logo and brand name in event directories, marketing, and recap materials.
