Refund & Transfer Policy
All National Latina Day ticket sales are final and non refundable. Because this is a curated founding year experience with limited seating, vendor space, production commitments, and catering planning, we are unable to offer refunds for schedule conflicts, travel changes, or attendee no shows.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee until Friday, August 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time. To request a transfer, email the event team with the original purchaser name, order email, and the new attendee’s full name, email, and phone number. After August 7, 2026, transfers are not guaranteed because badges, check in lists, meals, seating, and final event materials may already be in production.
Postponement or Cancellation
If National Latina Day is postponed by the organizer, existing tickets will be honored for the new date. If the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive instructions regarding available remedies, less any non refundable processing fees where applicable.
Vendors & Sponsors
Vendor booth fees are non refundable once approved and paid, but may be transferred to another approved vendor only with written approval from the event team. Sponsorship commitments are governed by the signed sponsorship agreement.
