Sponsorships are governed by a signed sponsorship agreement issued after your inquiry is reviewed.
Inquiry Process
Sponsor inquiries help us match your goals with the right tier and activations. Our team follows up within 48 hours with the sponsorship packet and to book a conversation.
Agreement & Payment
Once a tier and activations are confirmed, a sponsorship agreement is issued. Payment terms, deliverables, deadlines, and brand use rights are documented in that agreement.
Brand Use & Recognition
Sponsors grant National Latina Day permission to feature their logo, name, and approved messaging in event marketing, on site signage, programs, and recap materials per the agreement.
Cancellation
Sponsorship commitments are non refundable once executed. Postponement or rescheduling terms are documented in the sponsorship agreement.
