Attendance at National Latina Day is voluntary and at your own risk.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that attending a live event involves inherent risks including crowds, movement on stairs and dance floors, food and beverage service, travel to and from the venue, and exposure to communicable illness. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release National Latina Day, Renova Rise 365, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and the venue from claims for personal injury, illness, death, property loss, or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Personal Property
You are responsible for your belongings. Organizers and the venue are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.
