Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Please contact us before disputing a charge. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly.
Contact Us First
Email the event team with your order email and Stripe session reference. We respond to billing questions promptly and can correct genuine errors.
Disputes
Filing a chargeback on a valid, delivered ticket may result in cancellation of the order, revocation of the QR code, and denial of entry. We provide our records, including purchase confirmation and attendee assignment, to the card network.
Fraud
Suspected fraudulent purchases are canceled and refunded to the cardholder, and may be reported to the payment processor and authorities.
