How long we keep your information and how we protect it.
Retention
Registration and attendee records are retained while the event relationship is active and afterward for accounting, tax, and event history purposes. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Security
Data is stored with encryption in transit, access is limited to team members who need it, and payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than by us.
Processors
We use trusted service providers for payments, email and SMS delivery, customer relationship management, and hosting. Each is bound to handle data only on our instructions.
Deletion Requests
Contact the event team to request deletion. Some records must be retained where required by law or for legitimate accounting purposes.
