Some circumstances are beyond anyone's control. This explains what happens if they occur.
Covered Events
Acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, public health emergency, government order, venue failure, utility outage, strike, terrorism, or civil unrest.
Our Options
Organizers may postpone, relocate, shorten, or move all or part of the event to a virtual format without liability. Tickets are honored for the rescheduled or modified event.
If Fully Canceled
If the event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, ticket holders receive instructions regarding available remedies, less non refundable processing fees where applicable.
Attendee Costs
Organizers are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur if the event changes.
