Please do not attend if you have a fever or symptoms of a contagious illness. Contact the event team about transferring your ticket to another guest.
Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
Share dietary restrictions at least 21 days before the event so catering can plan. We cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
Emergency Procedures
Follow venue staff instructions during any emergency. Exits, first aid, and quiet rooms are marked on the event map provided at check in.
Alcohol Service
Where alcohol is served at the Spotlight Experience, valid government issued ID is required. Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused service or removed.
