Room Blocks
Discounted room blocks, when available, are booked directly with the hotel. Your reservation is a contract between you and the hotel, and their cancellation policy applies.
Travel Costs
Attendees are responsible for all travel and lodging costs. We recommend refundable bookings and travel insurance.
Parking & Transport
Venue parking, rideshare drop off, and accessible parking details are shared with ticket holders before the event.
Changes
If event dates change, we will communicate as early as possible, but organizers are not responsible for non refundable travel arrangements.
