Speaker & Presenter Terms
These terms apply to confirmed speakers, panelists, moderators, and workshop leaders at National Latina Day.
Confirmation
A speaking role is confirmed only in writing by the event team. Nomination or application does not guarantee stage time.
Content Standards
Sessions are educational and community centered. Stage time is not a sales pitch. Any offer or call to action must be approved by the event team in advance.
Deadlines & Materials
Headshots, bios, session titles, descriptions, and slide decks are due by the dates in your speaker packet. Late materials may not appear in printed programs.
Recording Rights
Speakers grant National Latina Day the right to record their session and use the recording, images, name, likeness, and bio for promotion, recaps, and archives.
Travel & Expenses
Unless documented in writing, speakers are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and expenses.
Cancellation
If you must cancel, notify the event team immediately so the program can be adjusted. Organizers may substitute or reschedule sessions as needed.
