What sponsors receive, what we need from sponsors, and the deadlines that make fulfillment possible.
Deliverables
Tier deliverables such as logo placement, stage recognition, booth space, ticket allotments, and digital features are documented in your signed agreement and fulfilled as described there.
Asset Deadlines
Logos in vector format, brand guidelines, and approved copy are due by the dates in your sponsor packet. Assets received after a deadline may miss print, signage, or program placement without refund or substitution.
Exclusivity
Category exclusivity applies only when stated in writing in your agreement.
Lead Data
Sponsors receive only the contact information of attendees who voluntarily opt in at their activation. Scanning or collecting attendee data without consent is prohibited.
Approval
Organizers may decline sponsorship or activation content that conflicts with the mission and values of the movement.
