Vendor Marketplace Rules
Operational rules for the National Latina Day Marketplace floor.
Booth Space
Each booth includes the space and furnishings listed in the vendor packet. Displays must stay inside your assigned footprint and may not block aisles or neighboring booths.
Load In & Load Out
Vendors must complete setup before doors open and may not break down early. Leaving before the published close time may forfeit eligibility for future events.
Permits & Insurance
Food, beverage, and cosmetic vendors must carry required permits and general liability insurance naming the venue and organizer as additional insured where requested.
Sales & Payments
Vendors handle their own transactions, taxes, and reporting. Organizers take no commission and assume no responsibility for vendor sales.
Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal goods, counterfeit merchandise, multi level marketing recruitment, and items conflicting with event values are not permitted.
