Jennifer Alejandre Luján is the Director of The Asset Reality Show, an innovative series dedicated to empowering women, showcasing their stories, and inspiring personal and professional growth.

With a background in television hosting, content creation, and public speaking, she has built a strong reputation in media and entertainment — driven by storytelling, leadership, and authentic connection.

She leads a team committed to helping women build their brands, grow their confidence, and reach new audiences, sponsors, and industry professionals. Her vision goes beyond entertainment: a platform that transforms lives.

From $250 to a legacy.

Priscilla Rivera

A San Antonio native from the city’s South Side, Priscilla Rivera turned a season of hardship into a story of transformation. In 2019 she stepped out in faith with $250 and launched her first business — the foundation of a multi-industry entrepreneurial legacy.

Her work began in beauty with lashes, makeup, and brows, then grew into salon suites, her own lash extension line, and professional training programs. Today she also leads a consulting company serving her community through credit repair, tax preparation, business pivoting, and coaching, and co-owns an epoxy business with her husband.

What began as a business journey became her ministry — built on faith, family, and breaking generational cycles. Once clay, now shaped by the Potter, Priscilla is living proof that redemption is possible.

Bebe Gutierrez

Bebe Gutierrez is an entrepreneur, business owner, and San Antonio Realtor with Malouff International Group. A proud mother of five and a grandmother, she has made it her mission to help families build generational wealth.

Through real estate, business, and community leadership, she shows that success is about more than achievements — it is about creating opportunities, uplifting others, and leaving a legacy that lasts.

She serves as Public Relations Manager for The Asset. Based in San Antonio, she believes in the power of relationships, community, and authentic connection — and in using her voice to open doors for women.

Her passion for wellness, yoga, and women’s empowerment reflects her belief that true empowerment begins from within and grows by uplifting one another.

Savannah Evans-Ortiz

Savannah Evans-Ortiz is a San Antonio Realtor and entrepreneur who owns and operates a roofing company alongside her husband.

A devoted wife and mother, she is grounded in her faith and has a genuine heart for serving others.

Through every chapter of her journey, Savannah is determined to build a lasting legacy, share her story with purpose, and inspire others to trust God, dream boldly, and never count themselves out.

Lisa Cabrera
